Yes it would only take 2-3 hours to go to Syd from Melb. When we were in Sth Korea it took like 3 hours from one city to another traveling at 300kph . It was cool in that you buy a ticket and off you go no one checks you on the train or at the barrier. Trains ran every 15mins to half an hour .

Flying is overrated . I hate it so much . The long drawn out process from getting from A to B give me a bullet train any day 😊
