5 for Friday

1.There is no way in hell I’m going to go out and face those crowds today.  I’d rather be back in uniform and deployed to some war zone.  At least I was able to take a weapon with me.

2. My back is still sore from rough housing with the gummys yesterday.  My SIL doesn’t get the concept of why it’s good to be wrestling around with young kids.  Then again, he didn’t grow up in a house full of hooligans neither.

3. Miss Lily is crying like she’s starving to death.  Lord knows she was feed not even an hour ago.

4. There are a couple outdoor chores to take care of today before the “S” really starts flying around here.  I’ll get motivated to do them in like what?  An hour or two or three?  Coffee first.  There are priorities yanno?

5. So the holiday season is in full swing once again.  It’s time to fill my wallet with a bunch of one dollar bills so I can put something into every Salvation Army bucket that I pass by.  It’s a promise that I made and have kept for almost 15 years now.
