So I have a new oak door installed in the pocket door where the buck forty nine low bid hollow core door was. We once again find p*ss poor workmanship from the guys that installed the original setup.

The door casing and the door stop is cut short and not aligned on the bathroom side …

And the door casing is OK on the bedroom side but the door stop is short. I knew about the door casing and decided that I would fix it once a new door is installed but not the door stop. The goal for today is to get the door installed. I’ll note all of the trim and fix that on another work order.

Yeh, someone was nail gun happy when they fastened the door stop to the jamb. God give me patience.
