They took my friend George away by ambulance this morning. He’s a 79 year old retired Lutheran minister and he was in some degree of distress early this morning. I hope that he’ll be alright. He’s due to be discharged tomorrow.
As for me …
They stopped counting by distance now and have turned to counting how long that I can walk using the walker. I see my doc today and I’m hoping that he ok’s me using the walker as my primary method of getting around here. The only thing that I know for sure is the only way that I’m getting out of here is by going thru that door labeled “DEAL WITH THE PT PAIN“.
We’re doing almost perty good on getting thru that door.
Any word on George?

Wishing you a speedy recovery, sorry about your friend. My roommate nearly fell from the attic. She’s sore from dangling when the ladder fell but her son managed to put the ladder back in place before she slipped!

sore is mucher betterer than banged up, bruised and otherwise 🙂

Agreed, they missed so many shows last year from the flu. Then the hurricane destroyed 80% of their venues. She certainly didn’t need to be dangling from an attic, but ya know, Christmas hoopla!

I had my jackass moment of the year sweetie. I fell out of my garage rafters and broke my left arm and hip.
