Tuesday Night


It really would help if I took my meds on time and when I’m actually supposed to take them.  I’ve look in my green pill box and think “Damn!” whenever I realize that I’ve missed one of those lil’ white beauties.  Then I look at  the little bin for the day before and realize that I missed one there too.

It’s back to practicing Mindfulness to see me thru.  Someone suggested a couple other things that may help better than Mindfulness to focus my thoughts; but I have two thoughts for the suggestion:

  1. I’m only allowed one glass of wine per day.
  2. I haven’t met her yet.

Now why exactly is Mindfulness better right now???  Ya got me on that one.
