We’ve solidly entered that phase between Winter and Spring where it goes back and forth between warm and cold. It’s all good cuz this is just routine for this time of year in this part of the Hundred Acre Wood. Nothing new. It’s warm and sunny one day and cold, grey and breezy the next. Back and forth and back and forth. What I try to keep in the forefront of my lil pea brain is we’re transitioning once again and to quit worrying and fussing over the small s**t.
Now I can get into the serious part of my new year garden planning. Time to start gathering up the final seeds that I want to plant and deciding when I’m going to start certain plants inside while the weather goes back and forth outside. I can start plants indoors somewhere around Tax Day with any luck. I know what you’re thinking. You’re thinking …
“Holy Bats**t Jim! You’re looking at “Starting?” your garden in mid-April??? The weather is beautiful here and I’ve been in the mud for close to a month now!”
Yes, I know. Such is life up here on what Miss C commonly refers to as “The Frozen Tundra”.
