I can’t use that excuse. I’m a bureaucrat and not an writer. therefore, I know nothing except maybe what some guy may have told me and I can’t recall what he looks like or what his name was.

That is why I don’t like to make too many plans. When you do that lawyers like to start throwing the word premeditation around in court.
