I actually wasn’t looking out it but Big Boy was. It’s a cool and wet morning once again but the breeze felt good when it came past the screen. He liked to sit there and titter at the birds that came in to feed. He must have decided that he was cold and a fleece blanket to lie seemed warmer than sitting there, so he gave up and walked off. Chasing birds would probably be too much like work and he’s definitely into conserving as much energy as possible.
He looks lovely,,,I would love to give him a wee hug if he would let me!

I had a huge Himalaya mix that I used to joke that the only way he would get a bird is if it flew under his hands.

I think Big Boy would be confused if he actually caught one. Miss Lily on the other hand … CRUNCH!

my youngest had a tortoise shell calico. she was a little light in the brain department but she was a great mouser, fly and bug catcher. she would take a flying leap off of a chair or couch and catch it mid air 5 or 6 feet off the ground
