      • Well once I did cover a friend’s yard with tissue paper toilet seat covers, hung ’em from the trees too. It looked GREAT. I helped stuff another friend’s VW full of crunched up newspaper (there wasn’t a newspaper stand left with a local copy of our paper, it took some $$) but I’ve never really pulled April Fools Day pranks. AND MY FRIENDS SAY “THANK YOU”. My dad liked salt for sugar but he never got me with that one. me

  1. When I was in grade eight, I was the bell monitor. I would ring the bell for recess, lunch and at the end of the day. So when our teacher stepped out of the room for something, two of the really tall guys in our class set the clock ahead half an hour. So when it was noon by the clock it was really 11:30. When it was noon by the clock, I went out an rang the lunch bell. All the kids in the school got out for an early lunch and didn’t come back until the correct time. We had an hour and a half for lunch. The teachers weren’t too angry with us for that one.

  2. After talking to #2, I’ve been thinking about making a herb box for outside so I can keep fresh herbs year round. This isn’t the land of eternal summer but there surly is some way to make this work <—I want to put a window in that is glass shelves in it and sticks out like a green house. Can't recall the official name for it. My mind is still somewhat mushy.

Tomorrow is April Fool’s Day. What’s the funniest prank that you ever pulled or was ever pulled on you? <—a popular DJ here told everyone to put baggies over their phones handsets as the telephone company was blowing all the lines clean. Some people did!

  3. Ha ha! Number 5 is hilarious! Happy Friday Jim! I used to prank call people and say stupid things. One time I gave this guy I didn’t like a fish candy. I’m not sure if it happened on April Fools.
