Random Thoughts for Tuesday Morning

The sun is streaming in thru my office window.  It feels nice and excellent on my back for a December day in central Minnesota.  The downside is I have to turn the blinds in order to see my puter monitors.  It’s hard to find that balance between letting the sun in and getting some work done.

Speaking of getting some work done, our IT folks fixed my laptop and gave it back to me yesterday afternoon.  It’s still a five year old system but they completely wiped it and installed Windows and other work related software back on to it.  It works better but it’s still a five year old system.  Minor victories are sometimes good victories.

I’m gonna hafta get out for another neighborhood walk with my camera.  Miss Anna likes seeing pics of the neighborhood.  Momma C likes the snow pics.  Me?  I like staying warm.  I hopefully won’t be swarmed by a gigantic herd of hungry bunnies while out on a walkabout.

I have a few bunny trails in my yard that now look like it’s as wide as the I-95 stretch from New Jersey to DC even tho I have only seen the one bunny feeding.  That’s gonna be one fat bunny come Spring.

OMG!  It’s -1C (31F) out there!  Where’s my Hawaiian shirts?

  1. I do love the snow pictures and I thank you for sharing them. And because I am a nice old lady and I love you dearly, I will pray for a very short winter for you this year. I don’t know how much good it will do though since I don’t have any special pull with the Big Guy out there in the great beyond this life here on earth.

      11. Hahaha, yes, there are all kinds of people out there . Some old grumpy grandpa might get all hot and bothered over a housecoat , and maybe some curlers in the hair 🙂

      15. Hahaha, I am not sure which one is Fruit Loops. There are so many of them there 😀 I could name a few but guess I better keep that to myself

      19. I haven’t looked at Blogster in months. Maybe I should join again and learn how to fight and complain and argue and die over a period of years with some awful consuming disease !

        nothing changed. it’s still the same bickering, pissing, moaning, groaning and one side against the other. you described it best as a septic tank of a blogging site. save yourself the misery.

      6. oh, but you’re a Canadian and it’s kinda sorta a requirement that you like snow, ice skating, hockey and tolerating you knucklehead cousins south of your border. I think it’s mandated in some trade agreement or something legal like that.

      7. Yah, one of those confounded trade deals from hell.
        There are a certain number of us who are called “snow birds”(fly away when the snow comes). I would like to be one of them.

      8. you can if you want but you really need to take your Canadian quarters back with you. I have a whole jar full of the and I plan on having a really good time for a while at a slot machine in a Canadian casino some day.
