Oh my does this recipe make one large chicken pot pie. It’s a good thing I have some company coming over to help get rid of it. This is something new to add to my list of comfort foods for cold weather. I need to find some deep, single serve pie plates to I can make a couple 3 or 4 of these so I can freeze them.

It does look good Jim. There are foil pie plates just a little larger than a tart plate. There are perfect for single servings for a pot pie.

I often use foil pie plates over again but I do know what you mean. There are probably Pyrex pie plates that size. Try a Dollarama or some place of that nature.
