Random thoughts for Hump Day

What a topsy-turvy day today.  At least the work day is half over for me now.  I can just focus on the last half and forget about the morning.  Some things are better left in the past.

So I was offered a pretty good deal on next year’s vacation and I’m thinking I’ll take it while I can.  My financials could be better than I would like but I’ve been thinking that I’ve been overly conservative and I need to chill out a bit and use some of that “Mad Money” that I stashed away for a rainy day.  Things would be hard pressed to make my life any more rainier than it presently is.  Some time away from here next August would be a good thing.  Life isn’t just an Income Statement.

It looks like some rain for us today. tomorrow and maybe on Friday.  Rain will be spotty after that.  That’s gonna make working in the garden interesting.

I have decided that I need a change in my approach to my WP account.  I think I may have inadvertently aggravated some people.  For that I am truly sorry but I will deal with it by trying to do a better job.  You see, I don’t view people as “followers”; I view them as “friends”.  I have met some very interesting and diverse people on WP and I love having the opportunity to see their lives by the little windows they offer via their WP posts.
